We can ship to Europe. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. You will not be able to buy the product if this is the case.
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change. If you choose Express Shipping you will have a tracking number sent to you with the confirmation email. EIVS is not responsible for orders lost in the mail. If you wish to be refunded for lost, damaged or stolen orders please choose the option Express Shipping Insurance.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order confirmation e-mail.
Normally all orders are shipped within 3 to 10 working days.
After you've placed your order, you can check on the shipping status in Your Account.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that EIVS is not responsible for orders lost in the mail. If you wish to be refunded for lost, damaged or stolen orders please choose the option Express Shipping.
